Currently I am reviewing Paleo and Nutritarian lifestyles. Out of all that I have read -which will I lean towards or will it be a blend? Atkins, Paleo, Whole 30, Vegan Nutritarian what are they all about? How are they different and how are they alike?
I am also reading on Productivity and stress. Since I am an Organizational Development Strategist this is very interesting to me. Sometimes I can loop that circle of keeping something on my To Do List just a little to long and then I get all spun up about.
